To find the number which can replace "?" we should name the triangles.

In Triangle (1)

 => 5 \times 4 = 20

So, 20 is the product of 2 numbers

now, add 2 in 6 = 2+6 = 8

now, subtract 8 from 20 = 20-8 = 12

In Triangle (2)

 => 6 \times 5 = 30

So, 30 is the product of 2 numbers

now, add 2 in 7 = 2+7 = 9

now, subtract 9 from 30 = 30-9 = 21

In Triangle (3)

 => 4 \times 10 = 40

So, 40 is the product of 2 numbers

now, add 2 in 8 = 2+8 = 10

now, subtract 10 from 40 = 40-10 = 30

The answer is 30
