Given Equation is f(x) = x^2 + 3x + m.

Given that x + 4 is a factor, Then f(-4) = 0.

Plug x = -4 in f(x), we get

= > (-4)^2 + 3(-4) + m = 0

= > 16 - 12 + m = 0

= > 4 + m = 0

= > m = -4.

Therefore, the value of m = -4.

Hope this helps!
