No because it has only one proton and only one neutron making its mass number and its atomic number to be 1.

When an element emits an alpha particle, its mass number(A) decreases by 4 and its atomic number(Z) decreases by 2. Hydrogen does not have the required mass and atomic number. Hence, it is not possible for it to emit an alpha particle.

Hope this helps! please mark this as the brainliest <3
