2. Golgi apparatus consists of membrane bound, fluid filled vesicles , spherical vacuoles and smooth flattened cisternae. These are stacked parallel to each other.Each of the stacks is called a cistern. They arises from the membrane of smooth ER.

3. Lysosomes are a kind of waste disposal system of the cell. These are filled with digestive enzymes. During the disturbance in cellular metabolism or when the cells gets damaged, lysosomes may burst and the enzymes can digest their own cell. That is why they are known as suicidal bags of the cell.

4. The enzyme present in lysosomes get prepared in rough endoplasmic reticulum.
