Step-by-step explanation:

AC = 24cm

BC = 10cm

By Pythagoras,

√24² + 10² = AB

√676=AB

AB=26

THEREFORE DIAMETER = 26CM

RADIUS = 13 CM

AREA OF A CIRCLE = πr²

= π 13²

= 169 x 3.14

=530.66

area of circle = 530.66 cm²

area of semicircle = 530.66/2

= 265.33cm²

heya!!!

Required are = π ( OA )² / 2 - 1 /2 ( 10×24)

OA = OB

OA + OB = AC

AC² = AB² + BC²

AC² = 676

AC = 26

OA = 13cm

required area = 3.14 × 13² /2 - 120

265.33 - 120 = 145.33cm²
