Multiplying both side by 1000

1000x = 324.324324...

Now, By Subtracting

1000x - x = 324.324324... - 0.324324...

999x = 324

x = 324/999

x = 108/333 = 36/111

x = 12/37

now multiplying both sides by 1000 , we get
1000x = 324.324324324324....
now subtracting x from both sides

1000x - x = 324.324324324..... - 0.3243234324.....
=> 999x = 324
=>x=324/999
=> x = 4/9
