In Triangle ABC and ADE

angle BAC = angle EAD (Vertically Opp. Angles)

AB=AD(GIVEN
AC=AE(GIVEN)

By SAS cong.rule

Traingle ABC ~= Triangle ADE

angle B = angle D (c.p.c.t)

And this implies

BC||DE (Alternate Interior Angles are equal)
