Hey Here's Your Answer...

Finding the LCM of 3,1and 6 which is 6.

then,

 \frac{(6x + 1) \times 2}{3 \times 2 }  +  \frac{1 \times 6}{1 \times 6}  =  \frac{x - 3}{6}

then,

 \frac{12x + 2}{6}  +  \frac{6}{6}  =  \frac{x - 3}{6}

then,

 \frac{12x + 2 + 6}{6}  = \frac{x - 3}{6}

then,

 \frac{12x + 8}{6}  =  \frac{x - 3}{6}

then,

 \frac{12x}{6}  +   \frac{8}{6}  =  \frac{x}{6}   - \frac{3}{6}

then,

(multiplying both side by 6)

{12x}+ {8}  =  {x}  - {3}

then,

12x - x +  8  =   - 3

then,

11x  =  - 3 - 8

then,

11x =  - 11x

then,

x =  \frac{ - 11}{11}

then,

x =  - 1

We reach to am end. Hence we completed our answer....
