Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:

∵AE║BD

∴AB acts as a transversal

∴∠EAB = ∠ABD [Alternate angles]------>(1)

now ∵AF and BC are angle bisectors;

∴ ∠EAB = ∠EAF + ∠FAB----->(2)

and ∠ABD =∠ABC + ∠CBD------>(3)

∴from (1), (2) and (3) we get

∠EAF + ∠FAB = ∠ABC + ∠CBD

2∠FAB = 2∠ABC

or ∠FAB = ∠ABC

now ∠FAB and ∠ABC act as alternate angles for lines AF and BC with transversal AB

Hence using converse of alternate angle theorem; we get

AF║BC
