Conclusion : Before 1910, the chlorination was not begin so due to that the water borne diseases caused due bacteria and virus was more. But after , the chlorination started after 1910, the cases of water borne diseases was reduced to a greater extent , as a result of chlorination, after mid 1940 the diseases were completely declined. Due to chlorination the diseases causing pathogens were destroyed. So, there would be no spread of such diseases.
