Area of circle = 616 sq. cm
Formula of area of circle = π*r*r
therefore, π*r*r = 616 sq. cm
On calculation, r = 14 cm
now, its circumference = 2πr = 88 cm.
A.T.Q, square shaped wire was transformed into circular wire.
therefore, circumference of circular wire is equal to perimeter of the square.
perimeter of square = 88 cm
Now, sides of the square = 88/4 = 22 cm.
that's the answer
