The bear was approaching towards them. One of them got scared and decided to climb the tree to secure himself. The other one was not scared enough and he was smart also. So he decided to just lay down and pretend to be non-living. As soon as the bear come near to them, the bear smell the boy. He was not moving. The bear then left him and went away. That's how they both saved their life.
