First , rationalize the denominator...

 \frac{(3 + 5i)}{(3 - 6i)}  \times  \frac{(3 + 6i)}{(3 + 6i)}

 \implies \:  \frac{9 + 18i + 15i + 30 {i}^{2} }{9 + 6}

  \implies \:  \frac{9 + 33i - 30}{15}

 \implies \:  \frac{ - 21}{15}  +  \frac{33i}{15}

Now , modulus =

 \sqrt{ {( \frac{ - 21}{15}) }^{2} +  { (\frac{33}{15} }^{2}  )}

simplify

 \sqrt{( \frac{441 + 1089}{225}) }

 =  \sqrt{ \frac{1530}{225} }

Dividing and multiplying by 15

 =  \sqrt{ \frac{102}{15} }

Dividing and multiplying by 3

 =  \sqrt{ \frac{34}{5} }
