Heya !!!
(2X-1) is a factor of Polynomial P(X).
2X -1 = 0
X = 1/2
P(X) => 0
P(1/2) => 0
2X³ + AX²+11X + A + 3 => 0
2 × (1/2)³ + A × (1/2)² + 11 × 1/2 + A + 3 => 0
2 × 1/8 + A × 1/4 + 11/2 + A + 3 => 0
1/4 + A/4 + 11/2 + A + 3 => 0
1 + A + 22 + 4A + 12/4 => 0
5A + 35 = 0 × 4
5A + 35 => 0
5A= -35
A = -35/5
A = -7

Hey!!!...Here is ur answer
2x^3+ax^2+11x+a+3
If it is divisible by 2x-1 then put x=1/2
2 (1/2)^3+a (1/2)^2+11/2+a+3=0
1/4+a/4+11/2+a+3=0
5a/4= -35/4
a= -7
Hope it will help you
