Ammonia + sodium chloride + carbon dioxide+ water = Sodium hydrogen carbonate + ammonium chloride .

In reactant ammonia is basic , sodium chloride is neutral and carbon dioxide is a acidic this answer

Acid is cabonic acid (H2CO3) & base is sodium hyroxide ( NaOH)

Chemical reaction!!

H2CO3 + NaOH------> NaHCO3 + H2O

This compound is basic in nature & its PH value is more than 7 & less than 14
