It is responsible for managing and regulating a country's economy and stabilizing it for the benefits of the citizens. Governments are established with the intent to increase the people's potential for survival.

2) What happens to a country without a Government

Ans:

Without a government, there would be no organized law enforcement. You may get some neighborhood protection group with a bunch of nice guys. ... Well without a government there is no such thing as not legal. Billy could then use this to take over the neighborhood and maybe the town.
