1) Impulse has the same units and dimensions (M L T−1) as momentum. In the International System of Units, these are kg⋅m/s = N⋅s. In English engineering units, they are slug⋅ft/s = lbf⋅s.
2)Inertia of direction - An object will stay moving in the same direction unless a force acts on it.
3)Simple harmonic motion, in physics, repetitive movement back and forth through an equilibrium, or central, position, so that the maximum displacement on one side of this position is equal to the maximum displacement on the other side.
