Benefits of hasta padana - this increases height

HASTA PDASANA is the yoga also called aasan in hindi.

How we do this -

●Stands straight and take feet together.

Now put the whole body weight on your feet .

●First breathe in and take ur arms straight up

●And breathe out , bend forward and goes down and touch the floor

Be in that position for 20 - 30 seconds .

●Come again the normal position

WHY WE DO PRACTICE YOGA -

●It makes our body flexible.
