b. Intestinal villi (singular: villus) are small, finger-like projections that extend into the lumen of the small intestine.

I will try to explain in the simplest way. The given terms are Pollination, Villi and Budding.

1) BUDDING:-

Budding is a type of asexual reproduction where a small bud grows from the lateral surface of the parent organism. This bud acts as the baby (daughter cell) which detach after maturing.

Example: Hydra, Yeast

2) VILLI:-

Villi are small finger like projections on the surface of our 6m long small intestine which increases the surface area for the absorption of final digested food. The surface of villis possesses the smaller projections called microvilli.

3) POLLINATION:-

The male gamete need to meet the female gamete for fertilization. Hence, the pollen grains (from anther) containing the male nuclei when reaches the sticky surface of stigma through any agent, the process is known as pollination.

Types: Self pollination, Cross pollination
