Answer.

 \bftext{Important point}

The range of normal body temperature is 36-37 degrees C (96.8-98.6F). Anything over 37C (100F) is a fever, although the height a temperature reaches is not necessarily an accurate reflection of the seriousness of the sickness.

 \bftext{Reason}

When we put a strip on patient forhead then heat is absorbed by the strip becauseWhen strips of wet cloth are put on the forehead of person having fever, the water in the cloth absorbs heat from hot forehead to get vaporise.

 \bftext{How it helpful}

When we put cold strip on a fever patient then it reduces the temperature of blood , which is main cause of increasing the temperature of our body . By putting a cold strip on our forhead we get rid of high temperature of bool and it will helpful for decreasing the temperature of our body also.

 \bftext{some more points which help us to decrease the body temperature }

1)Drink a glass of water every hour: hydration limits fever.

2)Total rest reduces a fever

3)Eat probiotic foods, fruit and vegetables

4)Give paracetamol elixir only if other methods of reducing the fever have failed. Never give aspirin to a child under the age of 12.

5)We now know that a raised temperature is the body’s way of containing infections because viruses can’t multiply at high temperature. So a raised temperature shouldn’t be lowered.
