i) Balanced diet :-

Balance diet means that the meals include proteins , Carbohydrates , fats and vitamins in requisite proportions. Vegetables is a balanced meal. Milk is a balanced food in itself.

Importance of balanced diet:-

  • To grow properly.

  • To repair body cells.

  • Balanced diet prevents from many diseases.

ii) Communicable diseases spread through Insect Bite. ( ☆ Many Microbal agents can commonlymove from an affected person to someone else in a variety of ways. In other words, they can be 'communicated', and also called Communicable diseases.
