Final answer :- 300%

✴️Solving :-

Let us assume length be 2 and width 1 of the rectangle.

Area of rectangle = Length × width = 2×1 = 2

Now,

According to the question, if the length and width are doubled

New length = 4

New width = 2

So, new area of the rectangle will be= Length × width = 4×2= 8.

Here, we can see area of the rectangle increased by 6, which is 300% of 2.
