Answer:

a) The poem wind is a symbolic poem because it deals with ups and downs of the life and how we should prepare ourself to face troubles in life. The poet tells us that strong people face difficulties bravely while week people are broken or destroyed.

b) The County Inspector found that the geography sector had been geared too quick. He slowed it up to an average 10-years level. He found the overall pattern of Margie quite satisfactory

c) The poem begins with a sigh because he probably regrets going down the path that he had chosen and now in a retrospect, he sighs because of the choice that he had made. He wishes that he was given another chance to go back and make a fresh start.
