It is true indeed that Africa is the richest continent in terms of natural resources but still the industrial development in this continent is very low. In terms of industrialisation, the African continent is way too backward.

The industrial development in Africa is low and people rely more on primary sector rather than on secondary and tertiary. The industrial sector isn't much developed and this is due to the economic conditions of the continent. Africa has the maximum number of people living below the poverty line.
