Solution:
A cylinder is a 3-D shape,which has a radius (r) of top (same as radius of base),and it has a height(h).
1) Curved surface Area:
It has one curved surface area, area of which is given by = 2πrh
2) Curved Edges:2
It has two curved edges, one on the top in the shape of a circle and same as at bottom.
3) Vertices in a cylinder:0
There are no vertex in the cylinder.
if we are talking about faces than a cylinder has 3 face: curved surface, two circles
eg: Pen,pencil,rolling pin,cold drink cane
