Hello!

1) This happens during vigorous exercises due to lack of oxygen that our body muscles start respiring anaerobically to produce lactic acid.

2) During the anaerobic respiration Lactic acid is produced which is toxic in nature and causes muscle cramps. These cramps can be reduced by massaging over that area.

3) During the process of inhalation Oxygen rich air is taken inside. While during exhalation Co2 rich air is give out.
