A graph drawn depicting change in distance with time is known as distance time graph. the slope of a distance time graph gives the velocity. Since in uniform motion, there is constant velocity/ no change in velocity wrt time, the graph is a straight line parallel to time axis.

Answer:

let's draw a graph for uniform motion.as in uniform motion, the distancetime graph would be a straight line, because the equal distance covered in equal units of time.it is becausethe slope of a distance-time graph determines the speed of that body.so the steeper the slope greater will be the speed of body.
