Answer:

1 The crops which are grown in summer season are called kharif crops eg wheat .The crops which are grown in winter season are called rabi crops .

2 We plug the soil because it looses the soil which helps the plants to penetrate deeper while plugging we can also remove unwanted things like hard rocks etc after plugging we do labelling so that we can level the soil which helps each plant to get equal amount of water etc.
