360/24 equals 15 degrees

Meaning every 15 degrees equal 1 hour

4 minutes 1 degree.

It can be also expressed 180 degree east

And 180 degree West.

Middle East countries are Eastern side of London Greenwich.

South America, USA are West side of London Greenwich
