1. no, every element has its unique atomic mass.

Atomic mass is the mass of one atom and atoms of every element is different.

2. Atomic mass unit is the unit of mass used to express atomic mass. It is equal to 1/12th of mass of an atom of carbon-12 isotope.

example- mass of one atom of helium is 4.002 a.m.u.

3. Some atoms of the elements exists freely in nature like helium, neon. but some exists in the form of molecules which are formed either by combining same type of atoms or different types of atoms like hydrogen exists as H2 molecule

4.ions are formed either by loss of electron or gain of electron. if it is formed by losing an electron it will carry positive charge, if it is formed by gaining an electron it will carry a negative charge.

example Na+,Cl- etc.
