1. the three layers of the earth are as follow:-

• a naturally occuring solid material frim which a metal or valuable mineral can be extracted profitably.

rocks

• the solid miner material forming part of the surface of the earth and other similar planets, exposed on the surface or underlying the soil.

• a solid , naturally occuring inorganic substance.

• wear away or change the appearance or texture of (something) by long exposure to the atmosphere.

3 magma is composed of molten rock and is stored in the earth crust. lava is magma that reaches the surface of our planet through a volcano vent.

4 as igneous rocks are formed from magma and begin the rock cycle , they are called primary rocks . igneous rocks are created from the cooling of molten magma/lava from there all other manner of rocks can be made.

5 the innermost layer is also called nife. the name nife is dervied from the word 'ni' from nickle and 'fe' from ferrous meaning iron. the temperature and pressure of the central core is very high.

6 ->sail.

sail refers to the earths crusts upper layer it is made uo of rocks abundant in silicate and aluminium based minerals.

-->sima.

sima is the earths crust lower layer and contains rocks with and abundance of magnesium silicated minerals the word sima is an amalgam of the first two letter of magnesium and silica.

7. --> rock salt such as sodium chloride from sedimentary rocks provide mineral used in cooking.

8 there are two main causes of changed to be mentioned here and they are water action and wind action . the processes that are used by this action is called weathering of erosion.

9 sedimentary rocks can contain fossils because , unlike most ingnosand metamorphic rock , they form at temperature and pressures that do not destroy fossils remain. dead organism may become sediments which may under the right condition become sedimentary rock..
