1.249 of the respective constitution when the Rajya sabha passed any of the subjects of the state list and it has 2/3 majorty of present and also suitable voters of the house and they declaring the subject to have special national importance and also subject parliament acquires the power to be legislate to make laws

2.Republic Day has been celebrated every year in India on January 26, since 1950 to honour the date on which the Constitution of India came into effect. India was a colony of the British for over 200 years and became independent from the rule of the British Raj following the Indian independence movement

3.It will reduce ambiguity as everyone whether new or old is well versed with the laws and will follow the same so there is equality in everything and that is why the importance of constitution for any country cannot be denied.
