•Natural habitat refers to an area in our environment where organisms thrive. Habitat can be suitable for variety of organisms.

•Any component of nature, which can support life is habitat.

•Thus, since water has number of microbiota living into it, it can be considered as natural habitat.

•Amoeba, paramecium are common organisms found in water.

•Water forms a habitat in the form of lakes, rivers, ponds, oceans etc.

Explanation:

Water body like river, lake,wetland, marine water are the vital part of our ecosystem.

Many animals as well as plants depends upon the water.

Water helps them to survive in that atmosphere where they respire through dissolved oxygen and the minerals that are present in the water body helps them for their growth and development.

Plants that are adapted aquatic habitat depend upon the water body and produce their own food by the process of photosynthesis.

Water is also important as it helps for breeding purpose.
