ans1 ::A page format contains formatting controls for your data set that indicate where and how text, and optionally, page overlays and page segments are to be placed on the page. The page format is defined relative to the origin of the sheet specified in the form definition
ans2:: Go to View > Print Layout. Go to Layout > Margins, select Margins, and then select Custom Margins. In the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right boxes, set the margins that you want, and then select Default. When you are prompted, select Yes to change the default settings for document layout.
ans4:: To change the orientation of the whole document, select Layout > Orientation.
Choose Portrait or Landscape.
ans5:: A header is the top margin of each page, and a footer is the bottom margin of each page. Headers and footers are useful for including material that you want to appear on every page of a document such as your name, the title of the document, or page numbers.
ans3 :: Choose FileadminPage setup.
Click the Margins tab in the Page Setup dialog box.
Change the margins of your document by entering a new number in the box next to the margin you want to change.
