1) Formatting the text option enables you to format your selected contents in your document to make it look more attractive and presentable , you can change your document's font size , font colour , font face , etc.
2) Steps:-
i) select the sentence that you want to apply effects.
ii)choose any option (font face, font colour, text highlight, etc.) to apply to your document
iii) you can see your new formations in your document.
3) Go to design tab , then select page borders option , click the option that you want to apply as your border feature,.
4)Select the text you want to format, or place your cursor at the beginning of the line.
In the Styles group on the Home tab, click the More drop-down arrow.
Select the desired style from the drop-down menu.
The text will appear in the selected style.
5)The difference between replace and replace all method is that the replace method replaces all the occurrences of old char with new char while replace all method replaces all the occurrences of old string with the new string.
