-Dry storages are the warehouses or space where the internal temperature changes as the temperature outside the space changes.

-Items placed have usually long shelf life.

-Items placed have very less moisture content.Mostly the temperature is at room temperature.

Cold Storage:

 

-Cold storage is where the temperature is kept at a certain range which is specific to the product which is being stored.

-Items placed have usually short shelf life.

-Items placed have a greater amount of moisture content.

-Usually, the temperature is kept at freezing points or below it.
