Heya,

Friend,

___________________________

Side of square = 12 cm

Area of shaded region

(ar ABCD) = 4 × (πr²/4)

Side × Side = πr²

12 × 12 = 3 .14 × 6 ×6

144 = 113 .04

= 30 . 96 cm²

MohdSaif12345: but how area of ABCD is equal to area of four sectors

For square, For sector
Side =12 cm radius=12/2=6cm
Area of shaded region =(area of square) - 4 x (area of sector)
=(12)² - 4 x pie radius²/4
=144 - 22/7 x 36
=144- 113.14
=30.86 cm²
