ROCK :- It is a solid substance of soil and minerals. For example, granite, a common rock, is a combination of the minerals, quartz, feldspar. Earth's outer layer is made of rocks .

there are three types of Rocks :-
1. Igneous rocks.
2. Sedimentary rocks.
3. Metamorphic rocks .

MINERALS:- A netural substance which is found in the ground . Such as coal, salt , oil etc.

Some minerals are also present in foods .

MAGMA :- Liquid substance ( a mixture of coal , rocks ) which is found in the earth and when it comes out it is called lava .

METALS:- A very solid substance which is usually very hard and conductor of electricity.

Features of electricity :-
1. They are conductor of electricity.
2. They are malleable .
3. ductility
4. solid.

Examples of metals :- Iron , gold , silver etc.

VOLCANO :- It is a mountain with a crater on it's top through which the licquid substance like rocks , coal ( megma ) comes out .
