Such questions are to be answered from a person's perspective.

The following are answers according to my perspective-

Answer-1

  • I am a perfectionist. I am not sure if I have always been one but if we reflect on the past few years of my life, then I am legitimately a perfectionist.
  • So, according to that, my ideal self would be a person who is good at balancing things in life. From having good mental health to being physically fit and from performing well in academics to having enough time for polishing my hobbies, I want to be a doctor who has a good fashion sense too.
  • However, I also believe that balance is something which you can only try to achieve and not have because we are humans and not machines.

Answer-2

  • I want to be a doctor. I am not sure what I would want to go for after my MBBS though.
  • I always wanted to go to Australia after my 12th grade but circumstances had it that I got into pursuing MBBS and I could only go to Australia to pursue Bachelors in Nursing. So, I wish to pursue my studies after MBBS from abroad, Germany preferably, because it gives a lot of scholarships.

Answer-3

  • These dreams and goals are important because they will help me become a person I have always wanted to be patient, calm, and poised.
  • They will also make me independent which is the most important thing in anyone's life. Being independent gives you the confidence that you need to live in this world.

Answer-4

  • My response to failure. People who try are the people who fail, yet I always respond to failure in the worst way possible.
  • Self-doubt kills every aspiration you have and this self-doubt keeps me from doing a lot of things that I can thrive at. The thought complex that makes me believe that everyone else is better than me is my biggest thorn in the way.

Answer-5

The five most important things in my life are-

  • Books. Literary (genre-fiction) books to be specific. There is a large part of me that is not made for the real world and I need it to survive for being my whole self and it feeds on novels.
  • My Parents. I think this is something that anyone would include in their list of important things. I am a teenager and my opinions don't align with my parents on almost everything, yet I need them in my life. They're proof that I am lovable even after all the terrible things I do. Materialistic happiness comes through them only ;).
  • My Partner. Not using teenage terms that people usually do and not writing his name because I want to be formal here. But, I don't remember surviving without him. He is the reason my friends always tell me that I am lucky and I believe them... because I am blessed to have this person in my life. I could write paragraphs and pages and maybe a whole book about him but let put a full stop here because I intend to share this answer with him and I don't want to embarrass him.
  • My cousins. Being a single child has been difficult for me. I grew up alone and now I have been living in a joint family, I don't want to lose them but I know that I would have to move out soon for college so I just want to cherish the moments.
  • Money. If you want to enjoy life, then earn. Borrow from your parents/friends until then.

Thank you for asking this question. It has been a long time since I introspected.
