yes it's possible that shape can be fit in more than one category, example : like square is a quadrilateral and parallelogram too. parallelogram is quadrilateral having pair of parallel sides (lines), hence like triangle or the shape not having parallel lines are not parallelogram. rhombus has only one pair of parallel lines while parallelogram has two pair of parallel lines. square is not rhombus. neither rhombus is square. quadrilateral is a closed figure that joins four lines.
