The Third India-Africa Forum Summit (IAFS-III) was held in New Delhi, India from 26–30 October 2015.

ii.)

With this initiative, India wanted to participate in the development of oil reserves in the Gulf of Guinea. During the first summit in 2008, India implemented a series of tariff reductions for African Least Developed Countries. These various initiatives have contributed to a significant expansion of trade.

iii.)

Economic Relations

The United States seeks an expanded trade relationship with India that is reciprocal and fair. In 2019, overall U.S.-India bilateral trade in goods and services reached $149 billion. U.S. energy exports are an important area of growth in the trade relationship.
