Evelyn is a shining inspiration for not only the hearing impaired but for everyone because being deaf she achieved that heights in music which normal peoeple doesn't even dream of achieving.She learned to play so many instruments like piano,xylophone,drums and many other.
She was only sixteen when she joined orchestra and toured with them to united kingdom. She auditioned herself for Royal Academy of music and became the highest scoring student in history of music. She was awarded with the Royal Philharmonic Society's prestigious in 1991. Like Evelyn we should also keep our eyes on our goal and practice to achieve it being deaf she could do that being normal can't we achieve the heights she had achieved.

Evelyn had lost her ability to hear ,but she never let that become an obstacle impossible to overcome. she knew that she wanted to become a musician and worked hard towards her goal. she had learnt to open her mind and body to sounds and vibrations . Ron Forbes was a famous percussionist at Royal Academy of London . He was a great inspiration for Evelyn and inspired her .
