Answers
(a) The science teacher inspite of being an orthodox Hindu, broke social barrier and mixed with other religious communities. He invited Abdul home, served him meals, sat and ate with him. But his wife was conservative and refused to serve Abdul.
(b) Ron Forbes a percussionist who spotted Evelyn’s potential. He told her not to listen through her ears but try to serve it through some other way.
(c) The boy was getting distracted by toys which he wanted to buy, sweet shops that he wanted to eat, butterflies and dragon flies which he wanted to catch and flowers that he wanted all together.
(d) His bright eyes sparkled with mischief beneath deep set
