Answer:

Water keeps on circulating in nature through various states of matter; in the form of liquid water, vapour and ice. Due to this, the water which disappears because of evaporation comes back in the form of rains. Thus, water becomes a renewable resource.

Answer:

Water becomes a renewable resource because of rain and rain only appears through transpiration. So more the afforestation, more the transpiration process and more the rain. When rain falls, it fills the reservoirs, then evaporation takes place and water heats up and form clouds and then they rain because of trees, and hence all the reservoirs gets filled with water and hence water is renewed again and again and this water cycle continues.
