1)Yes , they have different effects on our body.

2) When some part of body has any discomfort then our mind will surely thinks about that discomfort always leading to our mentally mind unhealthy. If we are not mentally fit then we will not social well and our physical health will also disturb due to problems in the body parts .Thus , the general health disturbs .

3)Chronic disease causes more effect.
