Answer the following questions in detail :-

1. Why do solids have a fixed shape and volume? Give diagrams in support of your answer.

2. Write a note on the composition of air. Create a pie chart in support of your answer.​

1. solids have a fixed shape and volume because the forces of attraction between the molecules is strong and hence the movement between molecules in solids is very small. So therefore solids have a fixed shape and volume.

2. The air is also made up of molecules which can move feely and easily. But since air dosn't has a definate volume or shape it is a mixture of different gases. Air is a composition of many gases such as CO2, O2, N2 etc.

And for the pie chart I googled it!
