1)Trishna was going on her way to Philippines. The ship was carrying a huge cargo of food for the people of South China Sea because the place had been strucked by a devastating typhoon a few days earlier. The Trishna was a big ship carrying cargo of food for the people of small islands in the South China Sea.
2)Captain Kumar had a worried look because the barometer had fallen steeply. It was an indicator of storm and rough weather. Something was brewing it and it could be dangerous for the members of crew.
3)The effect of bad weather on the trishna was that the Trishna was on the brink of collapse almost. ... The alarms started ringing. ... Captain Kumar was worried because the barometer was falling steeply and the weather was turning worse and there was a probability of a huge storm coming towards Trishna.
