Since two dice are being thrown together, the total no. of outcomes will be (6)² = 36.

Now, 

1) Favourable chances of getting a doublet i.e. same number on both dice = 6
{ (1,1) , (2,2) , (3,3), (4,4) , (5,5), (6,6) }

So Probability in this case will be= 6/36 = 1/6

2) Favourable chances of getting 10 as a sum = 3
{ (4,6), (5,5), (6,4) }

Probability = 3/36 = 1/12
