  • we usually do not see in bright colours in dim light or in the dark , it is because of cone and rod cells which present in our eyes at last.

  • cone cells - which are work in day and they also give sense of colour, they are work in bright light .

  • Rod cells - they are work in dim lights and do give any sense of colour .

So, this is reason when we are go in dim light and rod cells are start there work , we are usually do not see bright colours in dim light.
