1) = ghandhiji called Rowalt act because it authorised britishers to arrest anyone on suspicion.

the Rowalt act was passes in March 1919,.. to crub the growing nationalist upsurge in Country ....it gave britishers power to repress political activities and allowed detention for political prisoners without trail for two year
